Nikita Blanq, also known online as blanqspacer, is an AI artist whose works emerge from repeatedly dissolving and recombining hundreds of thousands of small source images. Rather than generating finished images directly, the process treats artificial intelligence as a medium for forms that sit between recognition and ambiguity, rather than a tool for reproducing reality.

In a 2024 essay for The Manifesto of AI Art, Blanq wrote, “I can use anything I want, as long as, in the end, I feel a kinship with the result”. That approach underlies the series Neuralchemy, twenty works built through repeated cycles of dissolving and recombining source imagery that the artist describes as solve et coagula. Other series released through Verse include controlled chaos, five works on Ethereum, and Artificialesques, four works released in May 2025.^,

On SuperRare, active under the handle blanqspacer since joining in September 2024, Blanq's profile describes the practice as that of a serendipity invoker. In June 2025 Blanq's work was featured in SuperRare's Daily Rares, a weekday auction series presenting one unique artwork at a time.
