The Mayana Kollai Festival, which he has documented since 2013,¹ takes place every February or March in the village of Kaveripattinam and is dedicated to Angalamman, a fierce guardian deity widely worshipped in southern India.² At the Kulasai Dasara Festival, held at the Sri Mutharmman temple near Tiruchendur, devotees collect alms door to door rather than spend their own money, using the offerings for token gifts at the shrine.³

In November 2024 he traveled through Kolkata, Patna, Bodh Gaya, and Varanasi to make a portrait series using mostly natural light, part of his ongoing documentary work on the people of India.⁴ He has also documented the Chennai Pride March, bringing together the city's LGBTQIA+ community, allies, and activists.⁵ Adobe has licensed eight of his photographs, including one used as the Lightroom splash screen in 2015, and his image for TV5 Canada appeared in a nationwide rebranding campaign across billboards and digital displays.¹
