The Brazilian artist Ana Zala, known as ZALA, makes cartoonish characters described as sweet and silly.Modigliani and Tarsila do Amaral were influences during her childhood and teenage years, shaping the foundation of her style. Once she felt secure in her work, she began adding different concepts and aesthetics to her creations.
In September 2022 she minted reflective conversation for the #HENreunion mint party, a three-day event organized by the Teia Community celebrating the legacy of Hic et Nunc, the original Tezos marketplace. Described as a tribute to the reunion, the piece revisited her early Tezos work and its sweet and silly cartoonish characters.Art also led her to start CAMPO, an experimental house project where artists she admires can work collectively on their own projects.
